Every coach has real teaching experience, is trained in-house by our top-level coaches, and only teaches once certified.
In-house training
Coaches train four days a week: teaching, reading the terrain, safety, demonstration and professionalism. That is what every lesson is built on.

Everything is unfamiliar at this stage: how to stand, how to stop, why you keep sliding downhill. We build in plenty of support, and if something doesn't click, your coach will explain it a different way. We look after your safety and your confidence, so you can just focus on feeling the board.

At this stage we prioritise patient coaches who are skilled at hands-on support, making sure you build the right fundamentals at every step.

This is the biggest hurdle for beginner snowboarders. Edge changing means changing edges mid-descent. The hardest part is that it combines several movements at once.

We assign coaches who are good at spotting exactly where things break down, giving you drills you can actually improve on, plus the core concepts behind riding well.

At the continuous-edge-changing stage, you'll start to feel real confidence and rhythm. Once you've fully got this down, you can already start taking on steeper terrain.

At this stage we assign coaches who can give specific, terrain-based adjustments, helping you carry continuous edge changing onto real runs, not just the practice area.

SpecialtyUse natural terrain and technique to enjoy the whole mountain
Drill the one movement you're stuck on until it becomes second nature.
Want to work on: Carving (riding on your edges for the ultimate sense of speed) / Park (using features or jumps to get that feeling of flight) / Freestyle (adding your own riding style and working tricks into your riding) / Powder terrain (weaving through trees and valleys, enjoying everything riding has to offer) / Flat-ground tricks (where style meets technique, linking moves together smoothly)

KidsKids ready for a lesson
Be there with your child on the snow, and watch them earn their first real win.

One-on-one lessons for children under 7; grouped by ability for ages 7 and up. The pace is built around safety, patience, and confidence, so kids naturally learn control while having fun.

At this stage we assign coaches experienced in teaching children, who are skilled at guiding through play.
If your child already has basic riding ability, let our support team know before booking. We'll still match a coach suited to their actual level.

| 3 to 6 years | Little Ones | For safety, this age group must be taught one-on-one. We recommend starting with skiing. |
| 7+ years | Kids' Class | Teaching style adjusted for children. We still recommend skis at 7; from 8 either skis or a snowboard works. |

Mountain GuidingAdults who can already link turns continuously, offered at two levels: beginner and advanced
Beyond the groomed runs, a bigger and more exciting day on the mountain.

In-bounds powder, Out of bounds and Gate areas (advanced)

- Riding through Gate areas

- Handling complex terrain
A full day, with your coach taking you into the trees, powder areas and Gate areas, depending on snow conditions. No map, no hunting for lifts, no guessing which run is good today.

We assign coaches who hold Guiding qualifications.

Two Levels
Beginner Guiding
You need: Change edges reliably and ride parallel on green runs
Terrain: The trees and powder areas inside the resort
Max group size: 5 guests
Advanced Guiding
You need: Change edges reliably and ride parallel on red and black runs
Terrain: Trees, powder and backcountry areas, and through the gates, both inside and outside the resort
Max group size: 5 guests
- If a guest can't ride powder unassisted, the lesson automatically converts to a private lesson with no refund
- Avalanche kit rental available
- Your guide will choose terrain based on guest ability, snow conditions and weather, because safety always comes first
