We assign a coach who fits you

Just tell us your level, discipline, resort, age, and what you want to get out of this lesson — FUYU will use that to assign the right coach.

We take into account:

-Whether you ski or snowboard
-Your current level and where you're apprehensive
-What you want to work on — fundamentals, edge changes, carving, park, powder, or a kids' course
-Which resort you're at: Niseko, Rusutsu, Kiroro, or Teine
-Whether you need a coach fluent in Chinese, English, or experienced with kids
-Whether you'd like to request a FUYU Technical Director

Habit — Practise it under familiar conditions until it's automatic

Adapt — Confirm it holds up on different terrain, snow and speed

Create — Make it a natural part of your riding

The 4 stages of learning a new movement

  • Build: understand the idea behind the movement, and where it's used.
  • Habit: get the core mechanics down and use them without thinking.
  • Adapt: keep it stable across different terrain or snow conditions.
  • Create: blend it naturally into the rest of your riding.

The technique becomes yours — not something that only works on the day. If there's a gap before you're back, picking it up again is much faster than starting from zero. FUYU coaches walk you through the full cycle.
