Terms & Conditions

FUYU SKI School is owned and operated by COS Sports 合同会社, providing private Chinese-language ski and snowboard lessons in Niseko, Rusutsu, Kiroro and Teine, Hokkaido.

• ・A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due one month before your lesson date.
• ・The person who makes the booking represents the group and is responsible for passing on lesson arrangements, meeting details, and this cancellation policy to everyone in their group.
• ・Making a payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• ・Ski and snowboard lessons must be booked separately (each discipline requires its own coach).
• ・A full-day lesson is 6 hours including a 1-hour lunch break, with a choice of start times between 8:30–10:00.
• ・Children under 7 are taught one-on-one — please let us know when booking.
• ・Private lessons are limited to 5 guests, all of the same discipline and similar ability level.
• ・Lift passes, transport, and equipment rental are not included.
• ・Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your lesson start time, fully equipped (helmet, goggles, gloves, neck warmer, face covering).
• ・Lessons cannot start from Niseko Village; lessons at Hanazono must follow that area's own rules.

• ・Guests must carry valid travel insurance covering accidents and medical costs during skiing or snowboarding.
• ・FUYU is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or equipment damage during a lesson.
• ・If a guest's behaviour endangers themselves or others, the coach may end the lesson early — no refund or make-up lesson will be given in this case.

• ・Lessons may be photographed or filmed for teaching records and shared on FUYU's own social media.
• ・If you'd prefer not to be filmed, please let our team know before your lesson.

• ・If you need to change your date, time, or discipline, FUYU will do its best to accommodate based on coach availability, though this cannot always be guaranteed.
• ・If no alternative can be arranged and you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy applies.
• ・Changes may incur an administrative fee, assessed case by case.
