Pay the deposit
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the lesson date.

Your coach will contact you before the lesson to introduce themselves and confirm the meeting details.
FAQ
Do your coaches teach in English?
Many of our coaches teach in English as well as Chinese. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm an English-speaking coach is available for your dates.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (15 December to 14 March), we recommend booking 2–3 months ahead. For other periods, booking one to two weeks in advance is usually sufficient.
Can I request a specific coach?
Yes. Let us know when you enquire and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What's included in the lesson fee?
The lesson fee includes private instruction, lesson planning based on your level and goals, on-snow feedback, and a post-lesson progress note. Lift passes, equipment rental, transport and meals are not included.
