- ·To coordinate your lesson: match you with a coach, confirm your booking, and follow up after the lesson.
- ·To improve our coaching: internal notes on lesson content and progress (not shared externally).
- ·To respond to your enquiries.
What We Don't Do
- ·We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties.
- ·We do not use your information for advertising or marketing without your consent.
- ·We do not store payment card details — all payments are processed through our booking platform.
Data Retention
- ·We retain your information for no more than 2 years after your lesson, unless a longer period is required by law.
